Manhattan, Kansas
From September 28 to October 4, 2018 we were in Manhattan, Kansas. On September 29 we went to a K-State Football game. We enjoyed tailgating with the Kansas fans and the ball game had Kansas playing a good second half. On September 30 we checked into our hotel where I took pictures for the National Epsilon Sigma Phi Meeting. On the night of September 30 we enjoy our evening meal with a number of past presidents and officers of this professional Extension group. The National Geographic photographer Jim Richardson was one of the speakers and his pictures speak for themselves. On the evening of October 1 we had our evening meal at the Flint Hills Discovery Center where we learned a lot about the Tall Grass Prarie.
We enjoyed seeing different sites around town.
