It is May 18, 2018 and we are in Bergmo, Italy. Bergamo is an Italian city northeast of Milan, in the Lombardy region. Its older upper district, called Citta Alta, is characterized by cobblestone streets, encircled by Venetian walls and accessible by funicular.

Cappella Colleoni is a Grand 15th-century chapel with frescoes. It has colored marble exterior & frescoed ceiling in a 15th-century funerary chapel with columns & statues.

Santa Maria Maggiore is a Romanesque church with an ornate marble porch and a lavishly gilded interior hung with tapestries.

Piazza Vecchia has a high tower called Campanone that was built in the 12th-century. Also, the town hall, courthouse, theater and more are located here.
