Sydney, Australia

It is March 12, 2019 and Lanee and I arrived in Sydney, Australia, the state capital of New South Wales. It is the most populous city in Australia and Oceania. Located on Australia's east coast, the metropolis surrounds Port Jackson and extends about 43.5 miles on its periphery towards the Blue Mountains to the west, Hawkesbury to the north, and Macarthur to the south. Sydney estimated metropolitan population was 5,131,326 and it is one of the most expensive cities in the world to live.

Average summertime temperatures are 80 degrees F, average wintertime temperatures are 47.7 degrees F and the average annual rainfall is 48 inches. Record high temperature was 114 degrees F and record low 36 degrees F. The average annual temperature of the sea ranges from 65.3 degrees F in September to 74.7 degrees F in February.

Lanee and I had a private tour by mini-van and enjoyed finding out more about Sydney, Australia.
