Vegetative plants.  Key characteristics: leaves are alternate, hairy, have purple veins and 3-lobed.

  

Seed.  Seed are rough-textured, rounded with a distinct terminal point and grayish-brown in color.  Diameter is approximately 3.0 to 4.0 mm.

Life cycle: summer annual.
