Cutleaf Eveningprimrose (Oenothera laciniata)

Young rosette of annual cool-season broadleaf weed as seen in fall, winter, or spring.  Leaves oblong and mostly entire at this young stage, dull green with distinct white main vein, no hairs, or hairs short and oppressed.
