OKLAHOMA ALFALFA
PRODUCTION CALENDAR

Weather

Watch weather forecasts closely.  Late April is the beginning of the rainiest season in most parts of Oklahoma.  On average it rains every three or four days in the central part of the state in late April, and that pattern continues through much of May.  Alfalfa harvests must be very timely to avoid rains.
