| Alfalfa caterpillar, corn earworm, green cloverworm, and others complete generations at 4-6 week intervals and mixed infestations of several species may cause defoliation in each crop of alfalfa during summer. Estimate density by sweeping and spray or harvest if numbers reach 6 larvae/sweep. |
