Soil Sampling |

When alfalfa is not growing well or regrowth after cutting is slow, check the soil fertility. Taking a soil sample and having it analyzed is very inexpensive compared to losing a ton per acre or so of yield. Even if the soil does not need fertilizer, that is one thing to eliminate while trying to diagnose production problems. |
